TMK Paralegal Services, LLC provides experienced paralegals to handle your real estate closing needs. We specialize in closing services and support for bank attorneys, title/settlement companies, managing agents, brokers, lenders and other real estate professionals.

The use of an experienced paralegal is the key to getting the job done right, in the time that you want it without the high cost of salary combined with taxes, health benefits and overhead costs associated with hiring a full time paralegal. For many borrowers, it is difficult to find the time to arrange for a loan document signing. Our paralegals can meet with your borrowers at a convenient time and location (after hours/ Saturdays available) or our offices.

An experienced paralegal will go over the documents, have them fully executed and address all funding conditions. The executed documents can be returned to your office or other location as instructed by you and ready for return to the lender.

Our services can be used on a regular or temporary basis.
