  • Conducting and assisting in all aspects of real estate closings.

 

  • Attend bank closings for purchases, refinances and lines of credit.

 

  • Providing complete transactional support, organization and maintenance of files; follow up on post closing requirements; coordinate recording of documents with title companies.

 

  • Preparation/drafting of documents for residential, cooperatives and condominiums.

 

  • Preparation of loan documents including CEMA documentation; HUD-1 and other closing statements and closing binders; contracts, affidavits, deed and transfer documents, UCC financing statements and ACRIS filings.

 

  • Order and review of Title Reports; handle contacts with clients, brokers, insurance agents and loan officers; coordinate with all parties for scheduling of closing and other related real estate tasks.
